I use this for a rather unorthodox purpose and maybe others suffer from the same problem. You see, I wear glasses (no pun intended) and in winter, when I want to go snowmobiling, it is a nuisance to wear glasses due to fogging but guess what, I have to wear them to... see! Problem is, in winter, glasses fog up very easily, going from hot to cold, as in, from inside to outside; breathing is what causes the biggest problems due to the warmth of your breath and the breath-cloistering caused by the helmet itself.Once my helmet was on, had to hold my breath in until I was moving... which did not yield for a pleasant experience. In other words, if I didn't take off right away or breathed before taking off, had to stop and defog my glasses. So I bought this yard long tube, so when I am going outside, I can use the hose to breathe, which the intake can either be at either cuff, or if very cold out, run it down the rear of my jacket, so I don't breathe in -50 degree air and get a pneumonia. Don't have to keep it in my mouth all the time either, only there for take off and landing... so to say.I would say, this is a must for anyone who enjoys winter sports and must wear glasses. Already tough enough to get glasses inside of a helmet, not necessary to fog everything up with your breath. This doesn't say it's either medical or food grade but this is much better quality than a cheap snorkel.I know... quite the conversation for "just a hose", eh?

I purchased this tubing as feeding/dosing line for peristaltic dosing pumps. Easy to cut and no leak, ID is the perfect size. Wish it comes in different color.

Tube is good but acid ate it.

Took a month to arrive, but luckily it fits, price could be better.
