That depends on the circumference of your thighs. My thighs have a 27 inch circumference, and plus size fits me well. If you have a flexible tape measure, use that to measure around your thighs, then look up the measurements for plus size. That will give you an idea of how well the socks will fit you.

Exactly what I am looking for

Without stretching the garter, it measures about 17 inches. When I stretch it, it measures max about 31 inches. I got the black one, and the ribbon is elastic. I bought it for a cosplay photoshoot, and these were comfortable and looked nice. It will slip down your thighs eventually, but I found them to stay on relatively ok.
