Q: Why does it take so long to ship?

My guess is that its due to the packaging. Typically aerosol needs to be shipped by land (due to pressure fluctuation).

Q: What does it feel like if you get it on your roots? I know other shampoos make it greesy..

This is for oily roots and dry ends it works great
