Delicious spice mix I sprinkle on all kinds of things and sometimes add to soups and stews that need a flavor boost.

I have been COMPLETELY missing out on the DELICIOUSNESS of this item! Used it today in brown rice/quinoa/veggie mix and LOVED it! Will be experimenting with more uses and recipes.

Love the taste! not too strong, pleasingly different. add to taco meat, perfect.

Very flavorful but didn't expect whole ungrounded cloves and cardamom pods in the jar too.

I was buying some other Tikka Masala spice but Amazon stopped selling it so I went on the hunt for another one. This is really good and the amount is for us anyway, I put in 2 tablespoons of it in my crockpot with using 4 chicken breasts. We liked it but each family will need to see how strong they like it. For us, it’s perfect to use that much for 4 Chicken breasts. The next day leftovers were even better.

This as others have said has large unground cardamom pods & a few other chunky pieces that you won’t want to bite into (believe me I did). I ground the rest in my coffee grinder but it took some doing since the pods just slipped past the blades. I spent about 15 minutes at least grinding & regrinding. I have heard that cardamom stays fresher when whole but… if you don’t mind this step then it’s an interesting spice blend & it’s growing on me. Not sure I would reorder thoUpdate:This has too much of something not sure what— I think it’s the cloveIf you do buy it don’t use too much & use with other spices. I love to make dal but the flavor here is not balancedI will try again using less & blending with others
