The Etruria Collection is inspired by the ancient land of Etruria- home to the Etruscans, who were masters of granulation. A modern aesthetic has been added to this age-old technique... Every granule of silver contrasts against the dark background to create distinctive decorative patterns. Each is named for a major city once located in the Etruscans' home land. These pieces are classic and unique, vintage-inspired, & slightly bohemian with a structured feel. This 1-1/8" long pendant was created from an original that required each granule of silver to be placed one at a time and fused until almost melted. This classic piece is strung on a silver-plated glass beaded double chain (that was a mouthful!) that is 19-1/2" long with a lobster clasp. Don't like the white chain? I also have a black chain available, as well as a multi-colored chain with light blue, dark blue, purple, red, and black. Pick any color you want- you can't go wrong!
