When you don’t need to carry much except water and a few essentials, the women’s-specific Kitsuma 7 is an ideal hydration carrying solution for bike rides and beyond. A vertical-zip front compartment is big enough for a spare tube, multi-tool, and light windbreaker. Behind it, a separate external sleeve stores an included 2.5-liter reservoir with a magnetic sternum strap attachment for the bite valve. An AirScape backpanel features outstanding ventilation via airmesh-covered foam and a center air channel. A super light and airy harness with rolled, soft edges make for a pack so stable and comfortable you’ll barely notice it. Side mesh pockets store things you’ll want to access easily, like food or arm warmers.

Great bag for all-day hikes
Great bag for all-day hikes. The quality of the bag and bladder are fantastic. It's also extremely lightweight, fits my frame well, and doesn't bounce around while climbing. The bladder is easy to fill and seal. I'm able to fit a few essentials such as wallet, phone, snacks, etc. and have room for a few other small items in addition to a full water bladder. The stitching is not quite as nice as seen on some other high-end bags, and the water bladder has a strong plasticy taste despite having used it several times and used every method possible to get rid of it (baking soda, lemons, rinse out, freeze). Further, it is a little annoying to get the bladder out of the bag as the tube cannot be removed while there is water in the bag. However, these are small nuisances, and the bag has overall exceeded my expectations. I love the bright teal color too.

Great hydration pack
I really like this hydration pack! I will start off by saying that at first, I thought it was defective. I couldn't get the tube to stay attached to the bladder. But after reading a few helpful reviews, I saw that some serious force was required to insert the tube successfully. I thought i was going to rip it, i was pushing so hard! But it finally went in fully and properly. I have had no issues with leaks. I've taken it on a hike and a number of long and short bike rides. It's comfy on my back. I also love that the pack itself is big enough to hold my phone, keys, pocketknife, pepper spray, chapstick, hand wipes, and of course snacks in addition to the bladder! Great pack from osprey, definitely recommend it.

Great for biking/hiking
I really like this bag. I recently took up mountain biking and wanted a small pack to carry some essentials in. It's the perfect size - plenty of room for a couple bike tools, spare gloves, snacks like protein bars, phone, and a small piece of clothing like a windbreaker or rain jacket. There's a zipper pocket in the hydration compartment for things like keys. I like that the front zips down so you can quickly get to what you need instead of digging around from the top.I'm used to Camelbak style hydration bladders so I actually had to watch a video on how to open the Osprey one. It works well and no leaks so far. I like that you can switch sides for the tube, although I've found it works best on the left since that is where the chest clip magnet sits.Recently used it hiking too and it was great.

GREAT!
I got this to replace carrying a water bottle. After quite a bit of research, I realized that this would probably be the best option despite the large price tag. I love the teal color, the bladder seems very durable and I did a 2-hour hike in Sedona AZ and the water was still cold when I got back to my car. I love that is also has a zipper pocket to stuff in a light jacket when on early hikes or higher elevation hikes, and while it isn't really designed for it it works great while on my bicycle.

Perfect size!
I was looking for a small backpack for the outdoors, and this one is absolutely perfect. I don't mountain bike, but I love trail hiking and found this to be exactly what I was looking for. I am 5'3", 118 lbs, and wanted a backpack that wasn't too big for my frame, that I could take with me anywhere. The material is durable, and there is enough space inside to fit the essentials and maybe an extra thin later of clothing. The hydration pack in it holds just the right amount of water that I need. There are times were I would take this backpack with me without the hydration pack, just for a little extra space.

Love it! Small and comfortable, but can carry quite a bit.
I have a much larger Osprey pack that I use for dayhiking. I specifically bought this for DisneyWorld. It was a great size to carry what I needed, including an extra pullover, snacks, two can of coke, small first aid, and all those little things. Plus, of course, the water by itself was worth it.

Flawless
Flawlessly designed, easy to use and adjust but definitely made for the female anatomy. I borrowed my wife's backpack while mine was being repaired, and the sternum strap is perfectly located to clear a female's chest. Six miles up a 45-00 foot climb and back down, this pack earned its 5-star review. Zero complaints.

Comfortable and perfect fit
This product is just the right size. If you are looking for something thats is not too bulky, but has enough room for your essentials this bag is just right. The straps sits comfortably on the shoulders and it doesnt rub like the other products and the magnet for your mouth piece makes it an easy access and dont have to worry of securing it to a strap. If you will be doing a light to medium run, bike or hike this would be a perfect bag for you. Definitefly a recommended product.
