Received product on time. Tricky process to have printer to recognize the ink. One cartridge at a time to replace and once the printer shows no error for that cartridge, next one to replace and so on. It works that way with my printer MF model C643 .. I believe supplier should give such instructions to buyers. Did not try the colors yet .. Price for four cartridges is equivalent to only one cartridge from Canon side so worth of trial since buying four cartridges from Canon is double the price of the printer itself ..

The only advantage is the price over original Canon Cartridges… the print output quality is compromised at large. Red colours appears as orange, green appears with blue shade etc..

My Canon LBP622Cdw finally ran out of starter toner, so I bought these to replace them. Was easy to replace and works great! My only complaint is that the included instructions are generic for a bunch of different products, so it's not 100% obvious what to do at each step. You can probably figure it out, but here are the exact steps: 1) Kill the power to the printer. I just pulled the cord out. 2) Open your printer's cartridge bay. With mine, you pull the front down and then pull the tray out. 3) Remove the cartridge for the color you want to replace. Only do one color at a time, so you know where they go! 4) Take the correct replacement cartridge (there's a colored sticker on the bag for each) out of the box. 5) Shake it back and forth 5 times to redistribute the toner. 6) There are two orange tabs on each of the small sides - pull them out. 7) Remove the giant flat orange bit covering the roller. 8) Do NOT ever touch the roller with your filthy, oily, skin (or anything else). You will screw up print quality with your grease. 9) There's a little flat orange tab of plastic film coming out halfway, near one end. Pull it HARD till the entire bit of transparent plastic comes out! It takes some real effort. 10) Stick the cartridge in, roller down. There's only one way it'll fit. 11) Repeat from 3) down for any other colors. 12) Push the printer tray back in, close the door, power up the printer again. 13) Profit! Well, you're all done anyhow. Print a test page to be sure.

Update:GPC demonstrated great responsibility to back up its products. It responded to my review and offered me a refund for the loss of quality I experienced. Actually, due to the leak of toner, I couldn't use cartridges at all as every copy had smudge of toner after printing. I am very pleased with the effort GPC make to take care of the issue customers experience. GPC customer service also relayed the issue to its product department for future quality improvement. This makes me feel confident to purchase its products in the future due to strong customer service and care.Original review:Use it on ImageClass MF644cdw. Right after installation, printing quality appeared to be OK, but it didn't last very long. Shortly after starting using it, the printout looked very light, sometimes hard to see the characters if it was fine print. Also, the toner did not stick to certain type of paper well, the printout could be smudged. Later, streaks appeared on one side of paper - resulting from leak of yellow toner cartridges.

We use this toner a lot. It has been crisp and last a long time.

After seeing Canon's toner was 3-4x of the price of this toner, I ended up going with this. The quality was close to the original toner. It was louder in our printer than the original toner. It worked great for almost 1.5 years, but in the last few months we were getting streaks of magenta and blue on our paper, and the color was off. It was basically unusable, even for black and white jobs. I was disappointed and very concerned my printer was ruined.I reached out to the company and they were very responsive. They replaced the ink cartridges under their two year warranty and quickly shipped out new toner. After cleaning up the toner I ran a couple of cleaning maintenance modes, and installed the new toner. So far it has been working great. I really appreciate companies that follow through with their warranty, and was impressed with GPC. I'd give a five star review for customer service, but knocked off a star because of the toner leaking.

Updated review: the seller reached out to me to send me a new set of toners. So far they have been performing well. Maybe the first batch I got was defective. I am still not very happy with how these toners are initially set up. You have to pull a plastic piece out and it doesn't come out easily. I pulled it with quite a bit of strength and at the end I couldn't tell if a piece was left inside because it felt like I ripped it. Moreover, quite a bit of dye dust came out along with the plastic piece and it went everywhere. I wiped the toner clean off the dye dust and so far so good.Original 1-star review: All of these toners, except the black one, leaked all over inside the printer. Yellow one is especially bad and ruined all other toners.
