Radeway 9-Piece Wicker Furniture Dining Set

I looked for weeks for a patio set and kept coming back to this one and very happy I decided to finally purchase it! I love that the arms are flat for placing drinks or plates and that the pieces are all separate so I have options on arranging them. The set arrived well packed and th covers were an added bonus. The seller answered my questions quickly and was a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommend this set!

We have a home in Florida and I kept saying to myself, it's so nice outside, why are we sitting in the house watching TV when we could be outside!!!!? We have a dining set outside, but it's not comfortable enough for watching TV and relaxing. I surprised my husband with this purchase and I researched the heck out of patio sofa furniture before I finally settled on this set. I wanted it delivered before my husband returned from a business trip. I sent a message to the seller asking if I would receive the set before a certain date. They responded quickly and told me if I ordered the set right away, it would be delivered by the date I was asking (great customer service). The shipment arrived on time and was placed inside my garage. The entire set arrived in two giant boxes that were stacked on top of each other. The box said they weighed 250lbs so I wasn't about to try and lift anything on my own! It was hard for me to open the stacked boxes, but once I cut the cardboard off the package (beware if you have to unpack like I did because the sofa is right up against the cardboard, don't cut too deep) the rest went pretty easy. Actually, unpacking the shipment was a good exercise because now I know how to stack the pieces for optimal storage when were away. Set-up was easy, all pieces came assembled and the furniture is not too heavy to handle. I arranged the pieces and had my new outdoor room ready in no time! Dimensions were just like described and exactly what I had hoped for. The furniture fit perfectly!!!!!! I brought out an ashtray, cigar and a glass of Scotch and turned on the (new) TV.....my technique to butter-up/surprise my husband when he walked in from the garage to the liani! I didn't want to give my husband the option of saying no to the furniture, that's why I ordered it while he was gone. hehehehehe It worked like magic! He was really surprised and kept saying, wow, wow, wow! I also purchased a TV, wall mount stand and an outdoor cover for the TV from Amazon. We sit out every single night now and we love it! It's really really nice. I did spray the cushions with 303 Fabric Waterproofing, All in all, this was a great experience. The sofa is comfy and practical too! We have another room outside for under $1400, all in! I've added pillows for decoration, too. I think this is a great set and after being so skeptical about ordering something like this without seeing it, I am extremely pleased. I rely on reviews and I read a lot before ordering this set. Thanks to all of you who wrote reviews, you were a huge help! In closing, I just want to mention that I waited a few weeks before I wrote this review just to make certain I thought it was worthy of a 5 star rating and it certainly is worth that, and more! Just last night my husband looked at me and said, "this is so nice" and it is!

I read all the reviews before I bought this. It was easier to put together than I expected - took me about 30 minutes. The only issue I have, is that when I tightened all the bolts on the coffee table, it doesn't rest with all four legs on the ground. I think I'll be able to fix it though. Someone said the chairs were small - I'm a big person and found them to be perfect for my large ba-dunk-a-dunk. Also, the cushions are thin, but the chairs are comfortable enough, that you don't really need a thicker cushion. I'm ready for springtime!

I am so disappointed with this product. Within less than a year of having this table the wicker was already falling apart. We live in a temperate area so I can't imagine that this would do well anywhere with significant weather of any kind. It does get a fair amount of sunlight, but still... it's outdoor furniture. At this price point there is no excuse for it to deteriorate so quickly. Aside from that it's a nice idea and it's comfortable, but ugh I regret this purchase so much. Don't buy it.

After a summer of use, I'm happy with the product. My only concern is with the cushions which are not easily spot-cleaned. I wish the sandy color was a few shades darker to blend out the everyday scuffs from outdoor use. Over time, the cushions became compacted too. It looks dirty now, even after being under a covered deck.Delivery was great. Packing was great. Product frame was good. Cushions are just ok, for the price. The bonus table glass and furniture covers were all very nice too.As fall comes, the furniture will be moved indoors for storage. I'll have to attempt to remove and wash the covers.

The cushions are VERY firm and not comfy compared to other furniture I have purchased from furniture stores for a similar price. If you can, I would recommend going out in person and getting something with better cushions (even if its more expensive)...these things suck. I am actually taking the cushions off my old outdoor furniture and putting them on this set. The resin wicker weave seems a little looser than my old outdoor furniture but time will tell how long it lasts.

We love this sectional furniture! It is very well made and very nice looking. It is great because you can set it up in different configurations. The ottoman comes with a cushion as well, so you can use it to make a chaise, or with the glass top to make a table. The seller was great, the furniture arrived very quickly and in excellent condition. Barb, from DropJop, was great! She answered all my questions very quickly and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this furniture and this seller.

I loved the set. When I first got it customer service was helpful. Now I’ve had it for year and a half. It says the covers are washable. I washed them per the instructions. As you can see from my photos they all fell apart. I have been trying to contact customer service. And they have been giving me a run around for months. Now I have not heard from them. At least if I could buy new covers and salvage the set. But now I’ve heard nothing from the company and I spent all this money and it’s trash. I’m so disappointed.
