This first review is for a single cartridge purchased in June of 2016: Great cartridge - printer recognized it as HP, no calibration needed. Arrived a day earlier than scheduled. I'm very happy. Not giving five stars because it's too early to tell.Edit: so far the cartridge has worked flawlessly. Changing my rating to 5 stars.This second review is for the 2-pack I bought June of 2017: Product arrived when promised. Installed in my printer according to instructions. The printer recognized the cartridge as an HP unit, but it showed on the maintenance screen as empty. I cleaned the contactson the printer and the cartridge, still showed empty. Cold booted computer and printer, cartridge still showed empty. Opened second cartridge, and it showed only about 1/4 full. Returned for credit.Fuzoo had a good run - - - cartridges are crap now. Went to a big box store and bought OEM HP cartridges on sale for a few bucks more money. Flawless installation. Stick with OEM.

I waited several mon the after purchasing because I wanted to give it a fair shot. This thing works just as well as the top name brands and lasts as long too. Install was easy and for the price you can't beat it. I plan on buying again when I run out and sure am glad I can count on a company like this to produce inexpensive yet valuable products. They contacted me several times asking for a review and I waited because I wanted to be sure if I gave them 5 stars they earned it.

Working as of now. I was amazed by the print quality. I found no errors, misprints or gaps. It felt as if I was using the original HP cartridge.BUT, I would like to tell future buyers one thing. When I was comparing this cartridge to the original one I noticed one strange thing. I saw that after printing around 30 pages it had a minor ink leak on the bottom of the cartridge whereas the original cartridge had no leaks after the same 30 page print test. Although it has not harmed my print quality or printer in anyway, but this is something that could cause problems.

I really shouldn't give this ink cartridge even one star because it worked well for a dozen pages or so and then the low ink message came on. What I printed after is barely legible. This is terrible. Please don't put a product on the market that is so inconsistent. Please send me a new one to give the company a second chance or give me a refund.

I have had this in my HP OfficeJet 4630 printer for less than 30 days and have printed no more than 35 pages in that time. The cartridge just stopped working today. I did maintenance on my printer to be sure it wasn't a printer issue. The ink level in this cartridge (according to the printer) is very high, but all that's printing is blank pages now. I am returning for a refund.UPDATE:The seller soon contacted me and asked me to try cleaning the cartridge's chip contact area. That did not work, so they were more than willing to provide a refund. Customer service was nice and responsive (all via email). BUT, after providing the refund, they had the gall to ask me-- twice so far-- to remove this negative review because they are a new store trying to garner a lot of support!! Are you serious? You ask customers to remove negative reviews?! That is dishonest. And how does that help customers? I wonder how many others they've asked who actually complied with the request.

These arrived quickly. My printer accepted them straightaway, which was a concern after reading some of the other reviews. Ink level shows as full, but I've only printed a few pages so far. I have a couple of big print jobs to do soon, so that will be the test. But all indications are that these are a terrific bargain.

Don't waste your money. I ended up with exactly 40 pages printed before the print quality turned awful and the printer began giving me a low ink warning. 40 pages... less than 10% of what FUZOO says it will do. When I reached out to the company, I never heard back from them. Poor product, poor service, do not buy from them, they are here to make a quick buck.

I want to give it a five stars, but I just bought it, not sure if it lasts very long for the XL. Sorry. Will upgrade if it lasts really long and I reorder next time. So far, it works smoothly out of the box. Price is a few dollars higher than the last one I bought from a different vendor, but print quality is more clear/crisp, no signs of smudging. It's a good buy. Highly recommend it.
