Makes a wonderful pho that's not "quite" as good as the restaurant but pretty darn close. I live 30 mins from the nearest Pho restaurant and this has been wonderful. It comes with a jar and two seasoning satchels. I always do half a jar at a time which makes a gallon of broth. The broth is very rich and flavorful. I always just freeze whatever I don't eat to reheat at a later time. Takes an hour to simmer the broth. This seller has great tutorial videos on their Instagram page. I think I'm on my fourth jar and have not been disappointed yet.
