I used a switch holder to improve the appearance of the over sized cut out in the dash, works and looks great.

Ground
The ground inside unit is very small pin. The series they have it wired in melted a rocker. Ended up running ground to each switch individually with no issues

Had to look up the switch pinout since it had no documentation
Having documentation included would've helped, but it's so common a switch design it was pretty easy to look it up (one could also use a VOM or something to check the pinout). This is why I took off one star.The switch itself seems to be well-constructed, with a good positive action and the light in it seems to be noticeable without being glaring.
