Didn’t work on my Phaser 6130

I ordered these turner for my XEROX Phaser 6130 printer as the turner specified as it will work for this printer. But when I installed in the printer, the printer shown "INVALID" and will not work at all. When I called your office and been told to return it. But later when I receive the creadet it was about 70% of what I paid. The reason being the turners were opened. I did complain that when I install the turners how can I install without open them. I was not happay with this order. Even one star is too high a rating.

The description says they are compatible but the printer disagrees. These are not my first toner replacements. To be sure, I reseated them all and repeat the process twice.We'll see if company reps monitor reviews. If so, I will update my review. If they can solve the problem I'll bump the rating.

When these came in they did not work in my printer. I got an error that meant they were not recognized. This was a shame since the manufacture cartridges are extremely expensive. But I guess you get what you pay for.I will say that the return was extremely easy.

These toner did not work at all. All show invalid.
