Perfect for large ball of yarn!
Most yarn bowls are much smaller and won't hold the large balls of blanket yarn. I looked at all the other yarn bowl dimensions and this bowl was the only one I could find on Amazon that was large. The overall design is gorgeous and I put it right to use after it arrived. Yarn threads thru the opening and feeds right up to my project as I knit in my chair. The bowl was packed extremely well and arrived intact!
