Great for tall people (when sitting)!
This is a great product. I’m 6’4’’ and although I haven’t used it for standing whilst working, it’s a great stand for getting my laptop to the right height when I’m sitting down. It’s so simple to set up and use compared to other stands I’ve tried and is really sturdy. As someone who travels a lot, an amazing feature of it is how compact and portable it is when folded down. Love it!

Solid, Sturdy, Stylish, Easy to adjust to different angles and heights. Fantastic value for money
I rarely write reviews but am happily writing this one. I wanted a stand that I could use either sitting or standing and that was sturdy and yet stylish. I got all 3 requests answered and also included was incredible value for money compared to other similar products out there. Can be stored away easily too. I was surprised by the solid heaviness and how much it can unfold and be used at different angles and heights. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Good Quality Laptop Stand
I bought this stand because I was getting constant aches and pains in the back of my neck and upper body between the shoulder blades. I would have pain all throughout my working day, only getting relief when I got up from my desk for a break. I work from home on my laptop for a standard of 8 1/2 hours a day, so as you can imagine the pain was becoming a nightmare. I have seen plenty people in their 40s and 50s complaining about the chronic back pain they accrued, working their jobs as hard and fast as possible so that they could get through the day. They had always talked of the regret of doing this, and their regret had always stayed in the back of my mind. However I was reluctant to do anything as I knew I would have to purchase a wireless keyboard & wireless mouse along with the stand as cables would be a constant nuisance for me. I wanted to believe for the longest of time that if I changed my sitting position or if I changed the adjustments on my chair, that this would suffice, I wouldn't need to make all of these (what I considered at the time) unnecessary purchases. However as the days went by, the pain got progressively worse and I eventually gave in. In the back of my mind I knew that this could likely turn into a serious back injury several years down the line, so I started researching on google for the best laptop stands to raise the height of my laptop. During my search I came across a laptop stand by Klearlook. I nonchalantly ordered it as it was on one of these articles listing 'the best laptops of 2021', thinking nothing of the height, assuming the best. I quickly learnt upon receiving and using the purchase that I was completely wrong. The stand barely lifted my laptop of my desk. The most lift was at the back, so my laptop was slanting forwards, less than 2 inches from my desk and was up over 5 inches in the back. This hardly improved anything. As I had previously purchased an ergonomic chair for work, I decided to see if there were equivalent ergonomic laptop stands. And that's when I eventually came across this laptop stand. An ergonomic laptop stand is completely different from a regular laptop stand. This one for example, when opened fully allows you to raise your laptop up to 10 inches off the ground, and when fully extended allows for a further 6 inches. These stands can even be used to work while standing if the initial height from your desk is high enough. The ventilation is excellent as the stand is almost entirely made out of metal, so heat is lost rather quickly and with a grill in the middle of the top plate, heat dissipates fast. I would rate this laptop a 5 star if it was slightly lighter as it has a noticeable weight to it due to its aluminum composition. It's not terribly heavier than the standard laptop and if your hand luggage has a compartment large enough, you should be able to fit it in with relative ease. when it is folded it can be relatively slim, not to hard to fit into a carry on/suitcase as long as a tight squeeze isn't required. It is definitely portable. Also the stand is exceedingly sturdy although because of this it can be rather stiff to adjust. I find that using your palms to gain leverage works pretty well, and if this is all done on a hard and stable surface, the adjusting is at its easiest. All that said, I would still rate this an exceptionally strong 4 star. It can meet all the needs of a seated desk worker and because of its ability to collapse it can be rather portable so long as you don't mind the weight.

Recommend
I am 166 cm tall and my desk is 76 cm tall. When I adjust the stand to the highest height (on the premise of ensuring that the computer will not fall), I feel that this height makes me comfortable to type while standing, and I don’t need to lower my head when looking at the screen. In addition to standing use, when I sit down, this laptop stand can also adjust the front and back distance within a certain range, which can help me avoid forward tilting of my neck. And, every time I adjust the height, I have to struggle a bit because it is too tight. But because of this, the stand is extremely stable, and I never worry about my computer falling from it.Finally, this bracket is relatively heavy, so it is highly recommended if you are working at home.

Functional, good looking, great price.
I don’t normally brother to write reviews but I am just so impressed with the design, function, quality and price of this item so I am compelled to share. There doesn’t seem to be anything else comparable for sale on Amazon. I had looked previously and entertained wooden ones, but their capacity to adjust is minimal and I didn’t like that the laptop would only sit further back from me rather than come forward. Not to mention that they were all pricey.Other options were clunky, ugly, heavy things that frankly I didn’t want to have to look at in my beautiful office space. Then I found this item which looks great and complements and manages my huge iPad Pro with no problem.I’ve used it outside as well as in my office. It adjusts forward (closer) to me when I need it to, as well as higher. If I needed to transport it, it’s entirely possible due to being a light, brushed aluminium.I’m so impressed with how this has been designed and manufactured.I love using it.

Just what i needed
I deliver courses all around the UK, for the past year they have been from home, my normal set up was laptop on a low table, 27" monitor and keyboard, mouse on my desk, perching the laptop on the desk to have 2 screens for presenting was precarious (especially with a £2k laptop!) so I looked at stands, this one is not cheap but I took the gamble, It is well worth the money, so sturdy and now lifts my laptop to the same level as my desk monitor, very happy with it, totally recommneded if you need to raise and lower your laptop with ease and confidence.

Ideal solution for switching between standing and sitting
After you get through the initial muscle work to set the stand up, it’s ideal and flexible on the sliding height to work standing or sitting.Don’t get too excited as it wobbles if you go wild on the keyboard but otherwise stable! Flattening it down again takes some force but I guess that’s the key for it holding my 15’6” laptop when working upright
