Makes cleaning fun!
I love this product! I bought it to clean my walls and it worked so well that I did every wall in my house! The microfiber pad has a nice even surface and easily cleans the walls with no streaking or dripping. It was actually fun to use! I also scrubbed my hardwood floors with it, did a fantastic job. My house is sparkling! :-)

Won’t stay together!
The media could not be loaded. Used twice and mop head keeps popping off! Not sure if it is missing a part or just a poorly designed mop attachment. Please adviseAfter communicating with the company a new mop was delivered free of charge. The customer service was excellent.

Size is confusing
The images of the mop on line have measurements that are half the size that it really is. I got it for the RV for the smaller floor and limited storage space it sucks I really needed that

good mop but not as many pads as advertized
The mop is great, does exactly what it's supposed to and a good value. The handle is easy to put together and take back apart and you can make it as long or as short as needed. The color matches the listing. The only problem is that the listing says it includes four pads, but I only received three.
