Amazing!
I have been using these probiotics for about 6 months now and they have really helped my issues with my gut (I’m very food sensitive), settled me down loads. Very effective, good quality and easy to swallow as they are small in size. Won’t use any other probiotics now!

Unsure if they work for me.. Or made me worse!
Since using these (about 3 weeks) my gut has become very unhappy. I have more loose stools than before and now also have a hemorrhoid! I have stopped taking them now and hoping my bottom feels much better ASAP!I also struggled with swallowing these, and don't usually have issues, however this is the least of my issues with them!
