Great for anyone
Nice chair. Easy to set up. Easy to fold. Just fold it up like a regular wheelchair with the addition of being able to fold down the backrest to make it even smaller. The ability to lift the arms for side entry also allows for a better and safer entry for the elderly. Being able to change speed as well. Also having audible sounds like the horn, voice when reversing and having the SOS button as well. The audibles can be turned off too.

Perfect
I’m beginning to have problems walking, so when my roommate said we should go to universal for the day i was more than a little concerned. I spent a good deal of time looking at wheelchairs and mobility scooters for when my legs finally stop completely and while this was not at the top of the list (weight) everything else seemed great. Easy assembly out of the box. Literally pulled out and attached the controller and done. Fully charged and it only went about 6 miles / 6 or so hours before it died. Even with the unit powered off, the motors are engaged added just a little resistance to pushing. My roommate said it was still easy. Unit only comes with one battery, so thankfully I had brought the charger and charged it for 20 minutes, which was enough to get it back to the car.Ultimately, if you are a larger person (I’m 5’7” and 200 lbs) this chair will not work for you. The seat is a bit too deep for my legs (most chairs are) and the width had both of my thighs touching the arms. Comfort was ok, but not after the second hour. Ease of use and turning radius is awesome. Tires are great, but you feel every little bump.In conclusion. This is a great starter, or necessitated unit. While I do not recommend for every day useage, if it’s all that you can afford then do not fret. Maybe buy a cushion for the seat though. Be prepared for limited mileage, and always pack your charger.

HEAVY, no manual mode, horrid user manuals, company responses are nonsense
First the bad: it is 95lbs. The description says 50lbs+battery, but it is at least 75+battery. The description is wrong. There doesn't seem to be a way to put the chair in neutral/manual/free rolling mode. This is really important for safety because if the battery dies or something malfunctions, the chair needs to be pushable (they also say to pull it like luggage when folded - same problem). The user manual even says to put it in manual mode for certain problems. Support has now given me two methods of putting it in manual, the user manual has given me another, and the internet has given two more - NONE of them work / match the chair. I have also asked how to turn off the reverse beep (it's SO loud) but neither way they offered works. And the user manual? I now have THREE different versions, all from the company, and none match the chair. They're barely readable and it's more an editing problem than language. There are lines of text that start in one place then continue an inch down the page (one of them even with the page number in the middle of the text), if the line even shows up again at all. Every symbol shows up like an incompatible font. I really think they just stuck a whole document in a web translator and didn't bother to even check if the pages still lined up before publishing. Even if it was well written, it is really short and covers very little.I thought the battery would be removable to charge (and was kind of counting on getting a backup battery). It is not and only charges through the controller. For the good? I only used it once on an outing to the state fair for about 5 hours. It is surprisingly comfortable and almost intuitive to operate. I am 5'7" 190lbs sz 14, and didn't feel cramped at all. It is faster than most people walk. The turning radius is the chair itself (it will turn a circle in place). I think it would be fine on level and firm dirt, gravel, or grass but didn't try for more than broken pavement. I wouldn't trust it on an incline steeper than a standard accessibility ramp or on soft/soggy surfaces. I was really impressed with the battery life - I used it for about 5 hours, moving most of that time, and had more than half the battery life remaining.

Not bad but
Not actually that bad. You can feel the motors while idling on high and the controls are reversed and is difficult to keep straight. Keep in mind it's not a jazzy it doesn't turn on a dime. I doubt a 300 lbs human could fit in this chair, I'm a fit ish 260 and I fit but it's kinda tight and puts pressure on the side of my hips which is con if you have to stay in the chair all day. Wieghs 90 lbs but i think i can get it into our Rouge. All that being said, it's still a nice like that the back and seat are padded. The tires are solid rubber tires so no flats I'm not convinced it could handle carpet but it is what it is. The legs are perfect imo. I like tha5 it can be pushed if necessary.
