Very sturdy, the handle area is a bit big for my hands, but not so much that they are unuseable. I really like them and now have a complete set!

Overall Happy
The nice grippy texture makes it slip-resistant. I love that it gets the job done. However, the middle handle bar part is pretty thick, which makes it hard to grab and hold onto comfortably. I still use them and they serve their purpose, but I do wish the middle bar wasn't as bulky.

Love these for easy workouts!
I got these to encourage myself to do quick pilates/light weight workouts in the middle of the day. The Peloton app has some good 1-3lb weight exercise routines that are only ~10 minutes long and are good for getting the blood pumping if you sit at your desk all day like me.

High Quality Weights
I have purchased several of these sturdy neoprene weights from Amazon and consider them to be the best available. Unlike my metal dumbbells with rounded ends, these have slight angling to prevent them from rolling away when you put them down. The centre shaft is also thick and non-slip which is not only comfortable but essential for someone like me who has Dupuytren's contracture in one hand (operated on, damaging my ability to grip). I thoroughly recommend them.
