Works, but the drawers are a little clunky
You can set the unit to heat cups for a certain period of time in the day, which is nice. It also visually works with a Jura coffee machine, so it looks like a nice set. However, the drawers (the things you actually touch) feel cheap and the soft close feature first yanks the drawer from your hand, jostling the cups, and then in the last split second slows down so as not to slam. It would probably have been better for Jura to just focus on smooth sliding and skip the soft close feature.

Works, but doesn't have non-volatile memory for ON/OFF
If you have a power glitch you need to reprogram the auto ON/OFF. I must have done it 20 times. Otherwise works fine, although the thing is built cheap compared to a Jura machine.
