I thought this lamp would be great for my office with the versatility of the arm and the different brightness levels and shades. My husband and I share a office space, he loves to game, typically in the dark while I am trying to craft. This seemed like the perfect light since the arm moves forward and backward as well as up and down (hopefully that makes sense) allowing me to really focus where exactly I need the light for my crafting. And the added wireless charging pad is such a great bonus. However I give this lamp 3 stars overall because while I am using it the brightness level will randomly change, it sometimes randomly changes shades and sometimes even turns off!!!! Nothing worse than being in the middle of weeding some vinyl and the room goes completely dark other than the light of two computer screens!!!I tried contacting support and all they told me was to hold the timer button down for 10 seconds. That seemed to work for a little while or maybe it was just a coincidence that the light wasn't randomly changing or turning off during that time. But at this point I've about had it with the darn thing - looking for another one at the moment. I really wish I could get a video of the random changes but hopefully I just have a defective one and other people won't go through the same frustrations that I currently am.

The functions are not immediately clear; getting used to is needed. The length of the power cord is too short, barely able to reach a power outlet - I almost want to return it just for this issue, but also want to test the longevity so decided to keep it. The wireless charging top comes with a subpar rubber ring that doesn’t stick properly to the base. For the price of over $21, I expected a decent QC check from the manufacturer - disappointed.Update 6/19: Light is starting to flicker and change levels on its own. Lowering the rating to 1 star.Returning this product back.

I bought this for my husband, he’s very happy with it...I got it today when I checked on him he was charging his phone...Wow I forgot it did that...It’s my one off many lockdown make overs in his Office...it’s a Hit

The lamp can be set to "very bright" so that I can add to the illumination of my home office desk on overcast winter mornings when I start early. The small size is convenient. Both the amazon rep and I thought that when it had fully charged that it would be cordless, but it turns off if I disconnect the usb from the power source. Since this is the second light I've tried, I've ruled out a product defect.

love the multiple light modes, just wish i could turn it on and off without having to cycle through all the brightness levels. charger seems to work decently as well. the cord leaves something to be desired, but i easily replaced it with an old usb-c i already had.

This lamp is tiny and portable but it is is bright enough to get work done at night and the wireless charging stopped working after a couple months and the USB one did too. It still gives me light like before but it flickers and turns off randomly in the middle of a study session without having the timer on.

This lamp is very bright and the charging pad is very useful, but the cord is pretty short so if you don’t have a plug close to where you want it you might need to buy an extension cord

This lamp was cheap and has a wireless charging station and extra USB A outlet.Product does not last. Lamp keeps turning off by itself. And customer service number is no where to by found.
