I have arthritis in my knees, hips, and lower back. Some days moving is a nightmare for me, especially chasing after children. I have used turmeric for a long while now to assist with the pain and inflammation that comes with it. I decided to try a new brand recently and Aggripure was that brand.While it has in fact helped a great deal its not the same as what i used to use as far as strength goes. It has been very good though and has been really helpful in my daily life. I can feel the difference if i forget for a couple of days to take my turmeric, movement gets more difficult, my hips and knees are tender and slightly swollen, and I feel far more tired from the pain.When I take it daily I can chase these kids all day and feel far less pain by the end of the day. Its an amazing supplement and with lots good uses. Immune boosting and man its tasty as a seasoning. It was suggested to my husband months ago to add turmeric into his diet. I have tried putting it in his teas, oatmeal, soups, etc and he just isn't a fan of it (unless it's such a minimal amount it can't possibly do much for his health).
