I started taking this product for a vacation I was to take for 10 days that would not allow for refrigeration of my usual probiotic. Saw that this one was good for prostate concerns as well so gave it a shot. Wow! I have been able to reduce nighttime bathroom runs from an average of 4 or 5 times per night to an average of 2 times per night. Fabulous! I have been using saw palmetto products for past 5 years. The saw palmetto helped at first, but over past year or so has helped less. I simply added the new product to the old and the improvement is dramatic. I am so pleased. I get stretches of more than an hour of sleep at a time. Yea!!! Last two nights I only had to urinate one time per night. I haven't had that low a rate for many years. OMG. Thank you! Needless to say I will keep using this product. Only been on it for 3 weeks now, but what a difference.

I used this product for about one month, hesitantly, and didn't buy it again. I have severe prostate issues. So I was at the point where I was trying everything, and I mean everything. Even though this item didn't have the typical prostate items like saw palmetto, pumpkin seed, etc, I gave it a shot. I assumed that I was feeling so good because of another prostate item that I bought, so I didn't buy this product again.About two weeks after discontinuing use of this product, my prostate issues returned. I was on vacation in Mexico and I told my wife I stopped taking this product and she wanted to kill me. So I reordered this item as soon as we were back in the states. And guess what? Life is good again. I went from being up six times a night (on vacation), to two times last night using this product again. It works that quick.Garden of life supplements are expensive, but they are worth it. We use their raw multivitamins, their raw B vitamins, and now the prostate formula.Update: 09/2021. Here we go again. My prostate had settled down over the years and then out of the blue, issues were back. Up all night for over a week, urinating all day, etc . So I ordered this item and last night was my first good nights sleep in a week. :-) Stuff is amazing.

I can only say they work well for me. I have a chronic illness that when treated drags me down and makes me feel awful. When I take one of these right before treatment, I don't feel warn out and queazy after I take my medication.
