Wireless rules
This charger came in the mail today and I was so excited to use it tonight since my charging cord if you don't hold it the right way my phone won't charge. My phone is a galaxy s6 edge in a unicorn battle hard case. Even with the case on the charger still works great with my phone and now I don't have to get tangled up in cords. Well worth your money and looks awesome while charging your phone

Awesome charger
I love this charger. I was tired of plugging and unplugging my phone every time I needed to grab it. I was really disappointed that the Iphone 6 did not come with a built in Qi charger and thought I would just have to deal with the cord until I found this charger. The receiver is a small patch that attaches to the back of the phone using a built in piece of tape on the backside of the charger. It simply plugs into the charging port on your phone and it is ready to charge. The receiver is small enough that a phone case will simply snap on over the top of the receiver and you don't even know that it is there. The charger uses a cord that is USB on one end and a mini USB on the other end, which plugs into the charger itself. Simply plug the charger into a USB power source and it is ready to go It is so easy to set up and use that directions really aren't necessary, but they are included. The reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it seems to be pretty finicky as to where you place the phone on the charger for it to work, I was hoping to just put the phone down and it would charge, but you have to make sure the receiver is in the middle of the charger for it to work, which is much easier than plugging in a cord every time. I am very happy with this product. I was given a discount on this charger in exchange for my honest opinion and review.

I need to charge more than when I'm home, but my wife loves it at work- also works much better with smaller phones
One of the things I don't like about my Apple products has been their slowness to add a wireless charging tech into our case like Samsung has. So, I picked up this kit to add it myself. The pros and cons of this are pretty mixed up, especially when the phone itself is considered- I've used it with my own iPhone 6+ and my wife's iPhone 6.Pro: It's kind of nice to just be able to lay my phone down on my desk and have it start charging.Con: You have to have the adaptor (which goes inside your case) right on top of the charging pad in just the right spot. That would be ok, if my phone wasn't so ungainly and large- since it's in my case, it's down towards the bottom because of the length of the ribbon. The weight of the phone up top just tips if off the pad unless I have something under it.Pro: It works just fine with my wife's iPhone 6, and her work phone- an iPhone 5. No tipping, put it down and go.Con: I didn't take into account the fact that the adaptor would be taking up my Lighting port. (I don't think all the way through things sometimes.) So if I'm in the car or need to charge it on the go, I have to take off the case and take it out to use a regular cable.Pro: My wife doesn't mind this, especially with her work phone- in fact, she quite likes it, because she always forgets to plug that phone in.Con: Sloowwww charging. Again, not the device's fault. As far as I can calculate, it's charging at close to the 1A it claims as the output. I've just gotten used to charging at 2.1A- twice as fast.Pretty much, if you have a desk job or are a homebody, it's a pretty decent device. I'm out and about quite often, so the convenience of the home use (I'm almost never in an office) are outweighed by the inconvenience of taking it in and out of my case. My wife, however, thinks it's great. She's in her office most of the day, so she rarely needs a charge on the go for her work phone. There isn't anything wrong with the pad or adaptor, or the way it works- I just need to be able to recharge way more often than I can easily with it.I received this product in exchange for an honest review. In no way does this consideration color the content of my review; since I receive the products before I create the review, I have no reason to lie. I rate the product based both on its own merits and performance- not an expectation that I will rate it highly because I received a discount. If something changes during my further use of the product, I will return and edit this review as necessary- up OR down. If you ever have a question about a product I have reviewed, leave a comment and I’ll try to respond as quickly as possible. Thanks, and enjoy my reviews!

Works, just too slow for my needs
This wireless charger works as advertised - it charges my phone. I have owned 2 other wireless chargers - one that stopped working within a week, and another that I still have but rarely use.I was hoping this one would earn it's place on my kitchen counter to replace my regular charge cord. So far (after a week or so of using it), I am up in the air, hence the 3 star review. It does work, and it is convenient to just set the phone down and walk away - but the charging is much slower than connecting my normal cord. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge and need to charge it at least once through the day. As I am not sitting a desk all day, I like to get quick charge and carry my phone with me, so I don't like that in 30 minutes, the battery power only increases about 10%. Using a cord, I will a 30% increase in battery power. If I still had a desk job, this would be perfect, and I would be giving it a 5 star review. However, because I am looking for something that charges at least close to as quickly as a normal cord, I am giving it a 3 star review. I think I will move this charger next to my bed since 8 hours should be plenty of time to charge a full 100%. Still on the hunt for a Wireless Charger that can charge as quickly as using a cord.I did receive this product at a discounted price for my honest review - which as you can see, I do take time to use and honestly review the product.
