although it's cheap, the packaging could be better - the hat arrived flat and completely deformed in a plastic bag... it is very difficult (if not impossible) to reshape it... if you want a cheapy for around the pool, this is it but if you want a decent quality well shaped hat, spend the extra for a hat with good packaging...
