Best recovery tool for rotator cuff injury
Bought these after the one that came with my physiotherapy sessions snapped. Bought 2 last year since I figured it might break again after a few months, I'm surprised to find it's still working great. Haven't had to use the second one. Used for rotator cuff exercises due to tendon pinching (shoulder impingement). Happy to report I'm fully recovered as of Dec 2015. Been keeping up with the exercises since weight lifting gains are what caused it in the first place. Haven't relapsed in several months and I'm able to do pull ups without any pain!
