The bottle is a good size and will probably last a while. I got this to make a hair serum.

I’ve been using this for about 1.5 weeks and haven’t noticed a change in my bloating but I will keep taking it for a month and see what happens. The taste isn’t bad. I’ve been mixing about 2 oz with my magnesium lemon raspberry supplement and coconut water each morning.
