Nice flip phone. Although doesn’t work well when talking through speaker. People say the voice is not clear. Battery went out about year. 2nd battery dead. Won’t charge. Can’t recommend. Not reliable. On 3rd battery. Don't always turn on. Something is dragging power down.

I would think that they keys would be much bigger for a Senior Phone. With My Old raggedy hands, I can hardly use this phone. Not saying anything about operation, because I just couldn't move my fingers around the key board, and certainly would not be able to text. I don't know if I get a refund, and being on Social Security, I could use it.
