This battery does not work. I bought one for my son’s laptop and drop shipped it to his college and I bought another for my own laptop, both Dell 7300 series. He installed his and I installed mine and Neither of them will hold a charge. they are both defective do not buy these

Doesn’t work.
Do not buy this. I barely use my computer, and after installing this battery It needs to be plugged in in order to work. Otherwise It won’t turn on.

Not right and first but great afterwards.
We had an issue with the first battery that was sent but the company was very helpful in getting it exchanged for one that worked. They really went above and beyond to make a bad situation right.
