Cheap, not happy with the quality
Cheap metal, I know the price is cheap but even its not worthy the price. From the handle to the blade, it's feels poorly built.

The knife is not true to the images shown in the listing, which I'm lowkey unsatisfied with. It's sharp out of the box but it's still better to sharpen with whetstone before you use it on any food. Specs in terms of dimensions are true to listing.

سكين ياباني طويلة ومتينة وحادة الشفرة ومفبض خشبي مميز مع صندوق للحفظ 👌💐

This was my first sashimi knife. I like it because it's cheap, light on handle part and lil bit heavier (but not too heavy, perfect weight) on knife part. It's super easy to cut fish, you won't get tired holding this knife. It's good to practice with. It's really long knife but once you get used to it its perfect. It wasn't sharp when I got it so I had to sharpen it first before use.

This knife was great for my salmon sashimi. It was excellent at skinning the salmon, very little waste. It could be a little sharper though. I wouldn't recommend sharpening it with a traditional sharpening tool. The sashimi knife is only supposed to be sharp on one side.
