,,, just as you’d expected from a Fellow’s product. Great thermal retention, lip is not too thick, coffee stays warm til the last drop. Good surface composition so your fingers don’t slip. And pretty to boot!

The listing is ambiguous. It is unclear as to whether you are paying for one or two mugs.Whilst the quality is excellent it is not worth £35.

Product’s packaging is below standard; damage on arrival assured!
For such a quality product you would expect the packaging is designed and validated for transport. Clearly not the case.
