I bought it for my almost 16-month-old, she wears size 20-21 shoes and we bought size 1-3 years and it fits great and they could definitely fit in 2-3 years. When they came there was no chemical smell, and they looked exactly like in the pictures. After we washed them there was no change in appearance or size. We have been using them for a week or two and they are great, there is no slipping, and they are very nice thick, and warm. We love them and would recommend them.
