The bittle says collagen 13,300mcg Also says hydrolyzed collagen. So to answer if its I or II im not a scientest or lab expert to say. But hope this helps.

How do you use this product?

I overdosed on this it is supposed to be drop not dropper. Thyroid was failing due to Biotin Toxicity use caution it’s a discontinued product as noted in the product information.
