Do these products contain milk or gluten(wheat)?

I get both conditioner and shampoo for $28?

Yes and they smell great and don't damage your hair

Does this work well for people who have NOT had a Keratin treatment done but are just looking for a sulphate free product thats makes hair look good?

I would think so I love it even after my treatment my hair is still so soft no frizzys and still very straight I would say try it it is great
