The set arrived well packed and took just a few minutes to install.

Not user friendly. Still cannot figure out how to get the code to get our messages away from home. Cheap quality when it comes to material.

This phone only worked for a week. Then we were unable to dial out and ther was no audio on incoming calls.Unfortunately, we missed the return window.It was a total waste of time and money.How I wish a negative 5 star rating was a thing. It certainly doesn’t deserve one star.

I needed a land line phone which doesn't take much space. This is a small, attractive, black princess style phone which fits in a small place. Doesn't require electricity, just needs to plug into a phone jack, so will work even in a power outage. I wish it had come in a color besides black, but the black is working out fine. The buttons and hang up mechanism work fine.

What I like most about this phone is that no house power is required to use it. The phone operates through the battery powered modem for up to 8 hours during an outage.
