Being consistent about few weeks.... however I eat two nail hair and skin gummies too plus Carole’s Daughter Miracle and hair butter but if you just use dr Miracle you will see results. I also use his scalp oil too. Love both products! My hair grew! Not dramatic but results I’m satisfied w. Want it to grow so I can get a nice Fro.... and stop relaxing!!
