EAS Myoplex Creatine Powder, Unflavored, 1.1 Pound

Still working on this product it has a lot of creatine servings in it. I like it because this creatine is flavorless and i can scoop it straight into my mouth and wash i down with water. Its got a light fluffy tesxture to the powder which i actually like and it seems to mix better. Im making all kinds of gains.

I'm just a beginner, but I was looking for something to help fuel my workouts. I'm not the kind of person who can get up at 4am to lift, then work all day. I'm just not a morning person, not going to happen. That means I end up working out in the evenings when my energy is not at its best. A couple scoops of this beforehand really helps energize my workouts. I was skeptical that this would do anything at all, but I really do notice a difference between when I use it and when I don't. My workouts are stronger and my recovery is better. Now I use it before every session. I was concerned about being jittery due to the caffeine, but the amount seems to be just right for me. 2 scoops = 200mg of caffeine which is about the same or less than an energy drink. Everybody's body is different and it's about finding what works for you. This works for me.

Been sold on EAS for years. It was the first company that took the time to explain how to work out properly and how to eat properly in order to get excellent results. This was 18 years ago before the company was sold but at least they have the main two (creatine and Myoplex) quality products.

Tried it a few times to boost my workout and it seems to work. I'm not real big on taking supplements and I try to do stuff naturally, but I figured I would try it out. I'll keep using it from time to time but I'm not going to do the heavy loading like you are supposed to do.
