日本語でのレビューがないので書かせていただきます。前書きにも書かれていますが、Patrick Lencioniの本で最も最初にリーダーが読むべき本です。ほかの書籍はチームビルディングなどを効果的に進める方法や良いメンバーとなるには？など方法論がメインになりますが、それを上手く進めるためには根本的なリーダーとしての心構えが必要です。リーダーには、Reward-Centerd / Responsibility-Centered*の2つの考え方があり、0/100ではなくどちらの割合が多いかの違いがある。後者の成分が多いと、組織として為すべきことを自分にとって嫌なことでも実行できる、強い組織を作れる真のリーダーになれる。とても良い本ですので是非一読を。英語は所々に難しい表現がありますが、この作者の本はどれもストーリー仕立てでとても分かりやすいです。*Reward-Centered…がんばってコーポレートラダーを登った報酬として今の立場があるのだから好きなことをやるという報酬メインの考え方、報酬は金銭、地位、名誉などResponsibility-Centered…組織の中で自分の立場でしかできない責任を果たすという考え方

Why do we do what we do?? Often we forget our why, it find ourselves in positions or roles we never wanted... This book will help you find perspective! We read it in our Book Club and highly recommend
