Merino Wool bottoms
Very nice product. Wear it under jeans in our 15 degree weather for extra warmth. Washes very well. Good price. Sizing is about right. Perfect weight under pants. Nice and smooth texture and softness against the skin. Didn't notice any smell. Perfect for my needs. I ordered another pair.

Replace ALL your other leggings!
I get cold easily and am trying to gradually replace as many of the synthetics in my wardrobe as I can with clothes made of natural materials. So when I saw these leggings while doing my Black Friday shopping, I gave in to temptation and bought four pair - two heavyweight and one each in medium and lightweight. Yes, they're in different colors (black, grey, and blue). What I LOVE:They're cozy soft, like a high-quality fine-knit (superfine) merino wool sweater. They aren't itchy at all, and they breathe like they're not even there. The heavyweight ones are sufficient for the freezing temperatures at my sister's place in the mountains without being too warm for the slightly-warmer temperatures at my parents' place. They all look great, sleek and streamlined without the plastic sheen of synthetics. If you do medieval reenactment, like I do, they'll work perfectly for it too, as long as you can cover or ignore the company logos at the hip and left ankle. The free pair of socks that come with them are a basic grey but feel almost pillow-soft.What could be improved:I got XXL, because my measurements are borderline between there and XL for the company's size guide (L/10-12 in normal store sizes). The leggings are a little looser than they need to be, though the nice thing about wool knits is that you can't tell they're big unless they're way too big. I'll probably get XL for my next order, but only because I like the waist to feel a bit more snug than these are. (I can add a drawstring to fix that.) There's a seam about 3" above the ankle that I wish were slightly less visible, though it's not enough to make me look for a different style. An option with pockets would have been nice, even though it would mean losing the seamless line along the outer leg. But these minor issues don't even add up to any significant dissatisfaction. I'm going to be living in them all winter long and will at least be able to wear the lightweight ones in the summer. As well as wool breathes, even the heavyweight ones will probably be more comfortable than synthetic ones in the summer.

Good choice
So soft and comfy, are they undergarments, pants leggings or are they jammy pants. Maybe all 3! Functionality on overdrive.

Good for what they are
Very soft and not scratchy wool leggings. Will definitely keep me warm in cold temps without having to wear thick pants.I ordered a small and they fit great from my waist to my knees. The fit from my knees down to my ankles are actually a little loose. They do not hug my calves how leggings should and I so not have skinny legs. I am hoping after I wash them they’ll actually fit better because wool clothing is supposed to mold to your body over time.I will be honest, I do not think these are 100% merino wool as indicated by the labels (hang tag and printed tag inside leggings). The amount of stretch and the way the material stretches tells me there is nylon and or elastic in the fibers. There has to be some amount of nylon and or elastic because my Branwyn merino wool bras are 81% wool, 12% nylon and 7% spandex.

Good pants.
I like these pants. They are comfortable and not scratchy. Bonus socks come with them and that was a nice surprise.

Good Legging at a Good Price
I think these will be great for fall travel to a cooler climate. Both the size and color are true to the description.

Probably fine as long underwear but not as leggings
I ordered the midweight merino wool leggings (230 gm) in a medium. My normal size is a medium to large, though usually medium (size 10 to 12 in pants). The leggings seem well made but thin and do not cling to my legs, but are rather baggy. A small would be too small in the waist so there's no sense in returning for different size. They should be fine as long underwear but they won't be good for wearing as true leggings either separately or under a dress or skirt given the bagginess. My legs are medium -- on the slender side but not too thin, and muscular. Customers with more mass in their legs might not have this problem. Another problem with wearing them as leggings is the prominent white logo about a foot and a half from the bottom of one of the legs.
