I was really excited for this product, but it was a bit of a pain to get set up. The instructions are in broken English (hey, they tried...), and the app is glitchy. I first tried setting it up with my iPhone, but accidentally entered the wrong password for my router (my mistake). The problem is that you can't reenter a different password until AFTER you get the camera set up. Also, the error messages are in Chinese (I think?) as is the default keyboard, so your router password had better not contain any special characters, or you're out of luck.Also, you have to use the "cloud data" button to pan and tilt, and vise versa.The product has promise, but the app really needs an overhaul.

Let's just say..it looks like it wasn't suppose to be exported.. apps are flakey. If you're a techy, you'll be ok with it

This camera can only be used while you're in your home on the same network. I got it for watching my pets while I'm away and you can do that. Do not buy this unless you just want to watch your house while you are in your house.

We got this to watch our dog while we away for 20 days over seas.This product provide pretty clear quality screen. I am very satisfied with this product.Recommended for sure.

Don't do it. This thing is a joke. After trying the same set up steps about nine times I finally was able to access the camera. Was pretty happy until I realized that it does not record unless manually prompted to do so. Also you can only view the video and use the two way audio if your phone is on the same Wi-Fi network. As soon as you switch to cellular you cannot access the camera, or record anything. Which means you need to be in the same house with this thing if you are going to use it. So pointless for a security camera to only work while you are home, returning it immediately... My guess is this is just an elaborate phishing attempt to get into all our home networks.
