Useless Scanner!
I am artist and wanted to scan my artbooks, this device pissed me off. Extremely slow, unresponsive, very bad interface, the software was useless too. I couldnt easily decide how to make it scan the flatbed or the feeder. I wont recommend this device due to the user experience being extremely bad.

Guter Scanner
Arbeitet bislang gut und zuverlässig. Für den Schnäppchenpreis, auch wenn er (was mir beim Kauf nicht bewusst war) aus Spanien nach Deutschland transportiert wurde, ein gutes Produkt.

Do not waste your money
Avoid this scanner like the plague. Had one 2 years ago and it developed a fault ie a black line on the left. HP replaced it and 9 months into the replacement it too developed the same black line fault. After many calls with HP they are not taking ownership or giving a repair option paid for by me. Suggested that I purchase a new scanner. Will not purchase a HP scanner again. Customer service sucks.

Perfecto escáner de sobremesa, el precio es un poco elevado pero compensa por las prestaciones que tiene. Lo recomiendo!

El escaner se rompe con facilidad
Compré ese escaner en Febrero de 2020 por sus caracteristicas: alimentador automático, escaneo a doble cara de una sola pasada, facilidad para escanear libros, en resumen: idoneo para mis necesidades.Ninguna queja sobre la compra y la entrega del producto, pero en noviembre de 2020, 10 meses después de su compra y con sólo 200 escaneos se rompió la lámpara led del escaner de anversos y salía una ancha barra negra en todas las hojas.Como el escaner estaba en garantía HP me cambió el escaner por otro, pues al parecer el escaner no tiene piezas que permitan su reparación, no pusieron ninguna pega a sustituir el escaner y me dieron otro nuevo.Ahora, 13 meses después, con solo 60 escaneos acumulados, se ha vuelto a romper con el mismo fallo, pero ya no está en garantía y el servicio técnico de HP España pretende cambiarme el equipo por sólo 748,99 euros. Es una ESTAFA para tontos. NNi se os ocurra comprar este equipo, por lo que me dijeron en el servicio técnico, es una avería muy frecuente.
