I have a ceramic roller refill c-300, will the c-305 work as a replacement? What's the difference between 300 and 305?

Yes, I don't know the difference but it works fine in my pen. I think they just changed the pat number.

Does this fit the liberty pen? my insert looks the same, and says c-305 0.6, but says "6c" where the photo of this product says "5l". odd. the liberty
