Bench fits well in the entrance way, pre-drilled holes for the screws were too shallow or in the wrong place. The rack is a bit wobbly but that may be more due to the uneven floor in the entrance way. A couple of medal wall braces would work better than the fabric straps

We like it, however the screws provided did not fit the holes in metal plates. Has to purchase own screws.Also bought metal corners to attach the top to the wall, as it was not stable. Hooks had very thin screws to attach to board, reinforced by glue.

I needed a coat rack for a small place and this was perfect. It is fairly good quality for the price and it looks great and supports all the weight on the shelves for shoes or backpacks. The only problem I had was that the pieces they sent were all right side and no left side. I was still able to build it but the finish on one side is not as clean as it should be. If you are a perfectionist, you might want to spend more money. If all you want is a nice coat rack and shelves for a small space at a good price, this will work. I would purchase again.

I love it, overall. It’s a little rickety (is it that hard to make legs that are the same length?) but it was fine when I drilled it into the wall.For God’s sake, can you (and other furniture sellers on Amazon) STOP putting sticky, gooey little stickers on each assembly piece?? I seriously do not enjoy spending more time applying GooGone than I did assembling the product. You don’t need to put the stickers on: just use a diagram, we’re adults.Overall: it’s fine.
