This the real Japanese tamgoyaki pan. The company has been around since 1902 and uses a special process to make the thin ‘pig’ cast iron. It works like a dream. Almost no oil is needed once it is seasoned. Highly recommended over steel pans, the cast iron retains heat and is super easy to use. Highly recommended.
