Designing this print I wanted to make something that was lighthearted and represented the feeling of life's simple pleasures. For me messy top knots, bows, and all the candy you could eat reminds me of that feeling you get laying in the grass during the summer and dreaming the day away as you stare at the clouds, or as a little girl when you'd spend the night sleeping at your very best friend's house, staying up way too late laughing, braiding hair, painting nails, talking about boys and doing all those truly "girly" things that we so often forget to make time for as we grow older. This print comes in three distinct colorways, black and white, peach, and bright pink. I intentionally selected these colorways to offer something for all the girls out there, bright pink for the bold ones, peach for the feminine ones, and I will always offer a black and white options as I truly believe in the value of surrounding young babies with high contrast colors to help stimulate their brain growth. And let's be honest I am a sucker for black and white, ALL day EVERYDAY! The simple contrasting color combination always feels clean yet modern to me.
