Das Material macht einen guten Eindruck. Vorteilhaft finde ich, dass die Widerstandsbänder schon bei 1-2kg losgehen; Dadurch lassen sich auch kleine Muskelgruppen gut aufwärmen.

This resistance band set is incredible value! Everything you need for a full-body workout - multiple resistance levels, door anchor works perfectly, and the ankle strap opens up so many lower body exercises. The exercise chart is really helpful for beginners and the carrying case makes it perfect for travel. Quality bands that have held up great after 6 months of regular use!

Delivered next morning, product well-packed and quality is good. Still not familiar with exercising with this but feels good after testing.

Compré este producto porque mi fisioterapeuta me recomendó uso de ligas, practico ciclismo con regularidad pero no ejercitaba el tórax, pecho y brazos. Me gustó mucho usarlo, el amarre a puertas es algo laborioso pero uno se acostumbra perfectamente después de unos días, y aunque parece inseguro el amarre yo ya he comprobado que si uno cierra bien la puerta es prácticamente imposible que se zafe. Las ligas vienen por colores dependiendo de su resistencia y uno puede combinar ligas para tener una gran resistencia y el consecuente esfuerzo o sólo para ejercicios ligeros. Llevo unos meses usándolo sin problemas. El precio también es bueno.
