A friend of mine told me about this serum and I wanted to try it since I started losing my hair because of medication. Within two weeks of use, I could see small hairs starting to sprout. Now keep in mind I was also taking a Biotin vitamin daily and using a Biotin shampoo/conditioner.Fast forward to 3 months later, there is a huge difference in my hair. My bald spot is almost gone, and when I went to the hair salon, even my stylist noticed the thickness of my hair. Very happy with this, and I love the smell!!but this has helped my hair improve a lot. It has decreased hair fallout significantly for me. When combing I loose just a few strands, sometimes none, compared to before when I would pull chunks out. My hair texture is s little smoother too. However, I mainly bought this for making my hair thicker. I'm happy that when I pull my hair back to pin up, I no longer see my scalp as I did before but my hair doesn't seem to have noticeably changed volume wise. Maybe it's because I'm no longer losing hair.I got this for my unbiased and honest opinion.

It is a great product. To bad you can't get it anymore. Every time i look for it its on back order so we went with another product that seems to be working just as good so far.

I along with two others in my family tried this Biotopic for a little over 60 days with no positive results. The company claims a 120 day money back guarantee, but not so in our case! Their website is extremely misleading. Do some research and you'll find this works for some, but for those whom it doesn't work (which based on the online reviews is a lot), they're screwed as reviews will attest. Biotopic does not stand behind their product in my experience! I'm not upset that it didn't work for me, not all products work for everyone. I'm upset at the lack of communication and willingness to stand behind their product. Their 120 day Guarantee is a joke. I even sent the screen shot of their own page to no avail.Since I stopped using, I've tried Monostat 7 mixed with water with huge results. Research that. The three of us have seen major results at a fraction of the cost and virtually no risk other than 10.00 for the Monostat 7. Biotopic may or may not be a good product for some, but my experience is that the company's dealings are atrocious. Take it for what it's worth
