Amazing product, love the taste, the texture; a bit pricey but it’s worth it. I sleep amazingly when consumed before bedtime.

I originally bought this after I tore my left distal bicep and had watched some videos on recovery from this injury. I took this supplement religiously, one serving at bed time with water, for at least 1-1/2 cans of this. That lasted me more than 2 months. By that time, I had recovered enough that I started skipping it. I have restarted taking it for one reason - it has a slight sleep aid in it and I enjoyed that helping me fall asleep at a regular time. Plus it's a great no-sugar dessert.

This stuff is great! Tastes great and helps me recover overnight. Wish it didn’t have the gums in it but otherwise highly recommend

Taste is ok and I can use it daily

Ok so first, this is not th3 qctual amount of what comes in this thing. Most powders are typically full but this DOES NOT and it doesn't last long. All that being said it's amazing, it taste like rocky road ice cream and it's results are pretty good. Why their daily greens has to taste so bad but this so amazing I do not understand. Even with the small amount that actually arrives, I'd still buy this again, I'll never buy that daily greens thing they have, it tastes like grass and mint and the texture is chalky at best. Do not be confused by the two, this recovery is awesome
