Red Clay Hot Hot Honey

This honey/hot sauce is spicy. If you like a a hint of peach honey with a kick this is it. A little goes a long way. Excellent on yogurt or toast.

We *Highly* Recommend Red Clay Hot Honey! We found it to be far more flavorful than other brands, yet spicy! Other brands are just over-the-top hot - without flavor. This is our GO TO Hot Honey we discovered when visiting Charleston!

The bottle arrived with the food safety seal completely lifted off the bottle. It has leaked some honey into the plastic shipping bag so I did not get to try it.

If you found this after trying the spicy peach honey at bojangles, you need to know that this is very different. It's less sweet, and much thinner. The peach flavor is not nearly so pronounced However this is an excellent chicken wing glaze, and it works very well with pulled pork I may not have found exactly what I was looking for, but I'm glad to have tried it. Will this be a staple on my table? No. But it's a lovely treat when guests come by.

So I wanted to start this by saying I thought I was ordering there hot sauce. That. Being said, it was a happy mistake. It is so good drizzling it on a breakfast sandwich with eggs or even and English muffin with cottage cheese. It was good quality, not crystallized like problems others have had. Very delicious

This is the BEST sauce! Sweet and spicy

It’s a bit funky. My preference now is straight up hot honey. Tastes are subjective so I’m sure there’s lots of folks who love this product. There’s nothing wrong with it, it’s just not my fave. Sent a bottle to family also and they love it.
