pretty easy install following any f1 light instructions online, make sure you have the correct add in pnp connector to improve installation time.overall brightness is good for the running and brake lights, the reverse light seem a bit dim with the dark tint on it but will be plenty visible at night, the tinted lens makes it a clean look when the light is off

Bought this product used from the Amazon Warehouse Deals section for $53. Was clear that the previous buyer just didn't want to take the time to wire, and install it as the product was in 100% condition . There is no plug & play harness included so their is some basic wiring to be done. They include 4 T tap splices to connect this to your factory taillight wiring. This will damage your factory wiring as it cuts into it to connect the new wiring but lets be honest your never going to remove this the car was basically designed to have this light. Couple hand tools, and about an hour you can easily install this when its parked outside, just read the reviews for a wiring guide, and maybe watch a Youtube video. Overall 10/10 got a great deal.

This is a great upgrade and I am happy with it. I will add this to my write up, you have got to be confident in removing of the back bumper to remove the old one and replace it with the new one but it does look lots better than the stock one ...

before you buy this get a plug and play adapter harness, it will make life so much easier. i used a plug and play harness so i didn't have to splice into the factory tail light wires and ruin them, the harness i got was only a 3 wire harness, which didn't include a connection for the reverse light function (the white wire) but i was able to add a quick connection to the harness to make all functions work. i don't think this light blinks when you step on the brake pedal and i'm not sure if there is a way to make it do that but i don't really care for that any ways. the red light is always on as long as the car is running and gets brighter when you press the brake, the reverse light isn't as bright as i expected but its there and works, installing the light unit wasn't very fun because unless you take the bumper off there isn't much room to get your hands where they need to be, the unit fits perfectly.

Item was great, I used excisting wire harness and taped to that,, as seen in the picture, I used tap clips included with packaging,The red wire goes to the solid BROWN wire (12v), the black wire goes to the solid BLACK wire (Ground), the white wire goes to the BROWN/YELLOW wire (reverse light) and the green wire goes to the BLACK/WHITE wire (running lights).
