I kept seeing this combination of ingredients on TikTok and decided to try it. I got my order in and started taking the pills. It didn't take me long to see that they were working. My appetite has decreased since I started taking them, my joints don't hurt as bad and I have more energy. These are great and I will be purchasing more.

Aside from making my fingers yellow I’m really happy with these. I had labs done and showed vitamin d deficiency but have taken these daily and my latest labs have come back within normal range.

I do think this helped somewhat with aches and leg charliehorses at night which made for a better night's sleep.Value for money? Worth a try.

I love the complex, but it’s nearly impossible to swallow. (I never have this problem ever). It seems the outer coating disappears the minute it goes in your mouth. By the time it slides to the back of your throat, it’s like sand paper. I’ve tried many things to help it go down, like milk instead of water and dividing it in 1/2. I would love to see this complex in a better delivery system but won’t be able to buy it again until that happens.

I bought Magnesium & Vitamin D3 with Turmeric cause I heard magnesium was good for restless legs.I heard right. These did wonders for my legs and arms. No more kicking and feeling like I constantly need to move them.
